I'm Melissa Heimbuch
I've been photographing weddings, portraiture and oodles more professionally since 2007, promptly followed by going the the International Academy of Design & Technology in the Professional Photography course.
I quit my day job! (Although I waitress to save for my wedding!)
I recently got engaged, so like many of your brides-to-be, I know the craziness that weddings come with!
I have travelled to Montreal for a wedding, Switzerland for a wedding, and hope to one day go somewhere tropical for a wedding!
Random facts:
* Selected as Fall 2012 Canadian Women's Photographer Association Spotlighted Photographer
*I'm incredibly camera shy, and I have no logical explanation for it.
* I have a tealy-blue 1960s CCM one speed bike, the best bike ever!
* Did mini lessons at the local high schools for photography.
* I have had my photographs published in the Brant News (June 2010)
* I was part of the Norfolk County Fair Photography Committee (2010-2011)
* Helped judged the Brantford Tourism's Photo Contest (2011)
* Some big name band I've shot: Our Lady of Peace, The Trews, Mariana's Trench & the Bare Naked Ladies
